You don't need to be in a yoga pose or have an ocean view - just get comfortable


Take deep breaths, focusing on inhaling and exhaling

Focus on your breathing - this can help destress

Bring your mind back to your breathing when it wanders

It's normal for your mind to wander - start again by focusing back on your breathing

Don't spend the whole day meditating - 5 minutes is enough


Try and try again

Don't give up! Try it a little everyday

Organise yourself - this is not only a great study tip but it can also help keep those stress levels down

Your space can impact how you feel - a clear space can help clear the mind

Of course, there are many apps and YouTube videos out there that can help guide you through if you've never tried this before. Give it a go and see for yourself the impact it can have on your studies and mental health.
